B.C.'s own is a unique Beaver House Fudge recipe created by our Chef Massimo. It features 5 types of nuts (almond, pecan, walnut, hazelnut, cashews and shredded cranberries in a French Vanilla base, topped with light chocolate with a carpet of whole cranberries over. Reducing sweetness and sugar content here is a delight that has pleased the palate of our customers since it's inception 5 years ago.
